Tender chicken thighs baked with vegetables.
The recipe does not require the use of sauces. Thanks to foil, chicken meat and vegetables are cooked in their own juices, turning out tender and juicy. Bell pepper and garlic added
Ингредиенты
Chicken thighs - 500 g
Bell pepper - 250 g
Carrots - 150 g
Tomatoes - 200 g
Purple onion - 125 g
Garlic - 10 g (2 cloves)
Seasoning for chicken - 5 g (1 teaspoon)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Fresh greens (dill and parsley) - 10 g

1. Rinse chicken thighs and dry with a paper towel. I removed the skin and excess fat. Sprinkle with salt (1/3 teaspoon), ground black pepper (1/6 teaspoon) and chicken seasoning, rub with spices on all sides. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes (more is possible, then put the chicken in the refrigerator).
2. Turn on the oven and let it heat up to 180 degrees. Prepare two sheets of foil and place thighs on each sheet. Place garlic, peeled and cut into slices, on top.
3. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, and place on the chicken.
4. Peel the carrots, cut into semicircles and place on top of the onion.
5. Distribute tomatoes cut into small cubes on top.
6. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and stalks, cut into strips. Place on tomatoes. Lightly salt and pepper
7. Wrap the foil sheets with the contents tightly and place them, seam side up, on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Place the pieces in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until done. Then carefully unwrap the foil (be careful of hot steam!).
9. Chicken thighs baked with vegetables in foil are ready. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and dill.
