Pork, cabbage and carrot cutlets

Meat cutlets are always very tasty and satisfying.
They can be made less caloric by adding vegetables to the minced meat and baking them in the oven. The cutlets turn out juicy and very tender, but keep their shape perfectly.
Ингредиенты
Minced meat - 400 g
Onion - 70 g
Carrots - 50 g
White cabbage - 100 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Garlic - 4 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Рецепт
1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel, rinse, and dry vegetables if necessary. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the vegetables into pieces and place them in a blender bowl and chop.
3. Salt and pepper the vegetables and break the egg. Beat everything again with a blender to a finer consistency.
4. Place minced meat in a bowl (I used pork and beef) and add a mixture of vegetables and eggs. Salt, pepper and mix everything well.
5. Beat the minced meat well until thick. To do this, gather the minced meat in your hand, lift it above the bowl and throw it back. Do this 10-15 times.
6. Using wet hands, separate the minced meat and form into round cutlets. I got 7 pieces. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and arrange the cutlets.
7. Place the baking sheet in a hot oven and bake them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 10-15 minutes until done.
