Cake “Three Glasses” with sour cream is a wonderful pastry with the most delicate taste.

Sugar, flour and kefir for making a cake are measured in glasses, which is very convenient. The chocolate cake is baked, divided into two parts, then the cakes are coated with cream. All that remains is to sprinkle the cake with the biscuit crumbs left over from the cake layers and let it soak for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.

For the cake cream:

Sour cream with a fat content of at least 20% - 400 g

Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons

1. Place the egg in a bowl and mix lightly with a whisk.

2. Stir with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.

3. Mix again with a whisk.

4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place kefir and soda in a separate bowl. Mix.

5. Pour kefir and soda into the egg mixture.

Cover a large plate or dish with parchment. Lay out one part of the cake. Apply about 1/3 of the cream.

15. Cover with the second part of the cake.

16. Grease the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream.

17. Sprinkle the cake with prepared crumbs.

18. Send the cake to soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours
