An incredibly desirable drink on a hot day - for those who cannot imagine their life without coffee!
It will cool, refresh, but at the same time give vigor and clarity of thoughts, especially in the morning. The only downside to this preparation is that the coffee needs to be brewed in advance and cooled in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If this is not done, the ice in the hot drink will melt and you will end up with warm, watery coffee. By the way, I use artificial ice with distilled water inside the cubes - it’s very convenient, as it cools drinks without dissolving in them. Milk and whipped cream should also be chilled.

Coffee - 1 piece (stick - 2 g)
Hot water - 100 ml
Cold milk - 100 ml
Whipped cream - 30-40 g
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Ground cinnamon - for dusting

1. Boil water and brew coffee in a cup or glass. If you like ground coffee rather than instant, then brew it in a cezve (Turk) on the stove, making sure that the coffee foam does not run off the edges. Add sugar, stir thoroughly and cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, and then in the refrigerator for at least another 20 minutes.
2. Place ice in a tall glass. Pour chilled coffee up to the middle of the container.
3. Add cooled milk of any fat content and any type: cow, goat, soy, coconut, etc.
4. Form an appetizing cappuccino cap out of whipped cream and sprinkle it with ground cinnamon or finely grated chocolate of any kind.
5. Add straws or tubes, serve the Ice Cappuccino immediately after making it to friends or family, or you can just enjoy it yourself!
