Pickled tomatoes are juicy, salty and spicy in taste. Shades of taste and aroma depend not only on the added spices and seasonings, but also on the variety and degree of ripeness of the fruit.
Ингредиенты
Tomato - 2 kg
Bell pepper - 500 g
Garlic - 1 goal.
For the brine:
Water - 2 l
Salt - 3 tbsp.
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
Рецепт
1. Wash tomatoes and peppers. Remove the stems and seeds from the pepper.
2. Peel the garlic, rinse the herbs.
3. Place the tomatoes in an enamel bowl, topping them with horseradish leaves, pepper and garlic.
4. Prepare the brine by boiling water with salt and bay leaf for 3 minutes.
5. Pour hot brine over the tomatoes so that they are completely covered.
6. Place a slight pressure on top and leave for 3 days at room temperature.
