Ингредиенты
Borodino bread 100 g
Salted lard 70 g
Caviar 10 g per 1 sandwich
Рецепт
1. Cut the lard into slices 1.5 mm thick, and the bread into slices 2 mm thick.
2. Place on top of each other, alternating layers - 11 layers of bread and 10 layers of lard.
3. Press the “Napoleon” with a weight and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the lard hardens.
4. Take out and cut so that you get square sandwiches 2x2 cm, about 7 mm high.
5. Place a spoonful of black caviar on top of the napoleon.
6. Before serving, keep the chopped napoleon warm for a couple of minutes so that the lard becomes softer.
