French dessert chocolate is a real treat for adults with a sweet tooth and is intended for special occasions.
Adding a small amount of cognac to it makes its taste refined and rich. It must be served with whipped cream. To prepare the dessert you need to take milk chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chicken eggs, cognac, water and butter.
Ингредиенты
Milk chocolate – 50 grams;
Cocoa – 50 grams;
Powdered sugar – 50 grams;
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs;
Cognac – 50 grams;
Butter – 150 grams;
Water – 120 ml.
Рецепт
1. Place milk chocolate broken into pieces in a bowl, add cocoa powder and pour in water.
2. Place the bowl in a saucepan with hot water and melt the mixture in a water bath.
3. Remove the bowl from the stove and add powdered sugar.
4. Mix the mass thoroughly.
5. With constant stirring, add the yolks to the chocolate mass in small portions.
6. Stir the mixture until smooth.
7. Melt the butter in a water bath.
8. Pour cognac and melted butter into the chocolate mixture.
9. Mix the mass well.
10. Beat the egg whites until fluffy.
11. Place the whites into the chocolate.
12. Stir the mixture.
13. Fill bowls or vases with chocolate and place in the refrigerator overnight to thicken. Serve with whipped cream.
