Juicy, soft turkey breast steaks in a fragrant, spicy marinade will appeal to lovers of Mexican cuisine.
I just suggest not frying them traditionally in a frying pan, but baking them in the oven. Adjust the spiciness of the steaks to your taste. Since the marinade contains lime juice, do not keep the meat in it for more than 8 hours; the turkey may become crumbly.

Turkey breast steaks - 500 g
Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
Lime - 0.5 pcs.
Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Dried basil - 1 tsp.
Ground hot red pepper - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

1. Rinse turkey steaks and dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and ground red hot pepper.
2. Pour lime juice over the meat.
3. Add chopped garlic and vegetable oil.
4. Add coriander, basil and ground black pepper. Mix turkey and marinade well. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. After this time, place the turkey steaks in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
6. Bake Mexican turkey steaks in an oven preheated to 185-190 degrees for 15 minutes on one side. Then flip and bake for 15 minutes on the other side.
7. Steaks are ready.
