A completely unusual and new idea for me of cooking meat in French, because you will immediately have a full lunch or dinner of meat with a side dish.

I’m sure that this idea came to the housewife, who often had boiled rice left over from yesterday’s meal. The idea really deserves attention, and everyone in the family will love the finished dish.

Ингредиенты

Pork tenderloin - 400 g

Boiled rice - 400 g

White onion - 1 pc.

Champignons - 150 g

Hard cheese - 150 g

Mayonnaise - 100 g

Salt and pepper - to taste

1. Place the cooked rice in a fireproof dish and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.

2. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices across the grain, 1 centimeter thick, beat it lightly with a special hammer, place in the next layer, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Lightly coat the meat with good quality mayonnaise and sprinkle with thinly sliced onions.

4. Cut the champignons into thin slices, place them in the next layer, they can also be lightly salted and peppered.

5. Generously sprinkle the workpiece with grated hard cheese. Cook French meat with rice in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, using top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.

6. Done! Divide into portions and serve.
