Cream 11% - 50 ml
Sugar - 150 g
Vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp.
Starch - 1 tbsp.

1. First, pour the cream into a saucepan. By the way, if there is no cream, I use milk, it also turns out delicious.
2. Add granulated sugar and vanillin.
3. Put it on medium heat and cook, stirring, first the mass will thicken, then foam, that’s how it should be.
4. As soon as the color turns caramel, remove from heat and immediately pour into molds; the mass quickly cools and hardens. Advice! For homemade butter candies, it is best to use a silicone mold.
5. Pour starch into a food bag, I use corn starch, but you can also use potato starch.
6. Lay out the frozen candies, pinch the edge of the bag and shake.
