Baked peaches are a delicious, simple and easy-to-prepare summer dessert that the whole family will love and won’t cause any trouble in the kitchen.

Fragrant and sweet on their own, complemented by a delicate curd filling, baked to a caramel crust, and decorated with a drop of honey and yogurt, the peaches turn out incredibly appetizing, juicy and tempting in taste. Try it!

Ингредиенты

Peaches – 3 pcs. (550 g)

Curd mass 10% with dried apricots – 200 g

Yogurt – 150 g (for serving)

Honey - to taste

Mint - 1 sprig for decoration (optional)

Butter - 1 tsp. for greasing the mold (optional)

Рецепт

1. Cut the peaches in half, remove the pit and scoop out some of the pulp with a teaspoon to make a little more room for the filling.

2. Fill the peach halves with curd mixture. If the curd mass contains grains, first add 1-2 tsp. yogurt and beat the mixture with a blender until the mass acquires a creamy consistency.

3. Place the filled peach halves in a baking dish lined with baking paper or greased with a small amount of butter.

4. Place the peaches in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, until soft.

5. Top the peaches with yogurt, drizzle with honey, garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve.
