Banana cream with condensed milk and sour cream is perfect as a ready-made dessert.
I found a recipe for this cream on one of the culinary sites. Everything ingenious is simple! There is no need to beat or cook anything. Basically, mix everything and the cream is ready.
Serve this cream as an independent dish (eat it just like that, with a spoon, putting it in bowls), you can use it with homemade cookies (which I didn’t fail to use, I can say it was delicious!), or you can layer this cream on sponge cakes and you’ll have a cake. By the way, I also used this cream as cream for the cake. I just baked this sponge cake (by the way, my favorite! It makes all the cakes amazing!) and layered it with cream. According to my taste, this amount of cream was just enough for such a sponge cake. There was a wonderful homemade cake for tea.
As for condensed milk, if you have cream just like that, it is better to reduce its amount to 170 grams. If you use cream for the biscuit layer, take 200 grams.
The sour cream should be thick, with a high percentage of fat content, so that the cream is not liquid. To prepare banana cream with condensed milk and sour cream, prepare the products according to the list.

1. Beat the sour cream with a hand whisk. Literally ten spins are enough.
2. Add condensed milk in two additions, whisking with the same whisk. The cream will become more liquid, but will remain fluffy.
3. Add a finely grated banana. Again, mix well with a whisk.
4. Banana cream with condensed milk and sour cream is ready. As you can see, the cream is not thick, not liquid. It holds its shape quite well. Has a pronounced banana flavor. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. If you need cream to layer the sponge cake, work with it right there.
