Eclairs on margarine

My family really loves eclairs, or as they are also called, custard cakes. We used to buy them often at the store. But now I make eclairs myself. It turned out that the recipe for making eclairs is very simple, making them is not difficult at all. And another important nuance - you can choose the filling to your taste.
Today I want to tell you how to make eclairs with margarine. They turn out very tasty, light with an empty center. These cakes should be served with a cup of aromatic tea or coffee. Be sure to prepare it, your sweet tooth will appreciate it.

Dough:
Water - 1 glass (200 ml)
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Margarine - 100 g
Yolk custard:
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 1 glass
Flour - 50 g
Chicken eggs (yolks) - 4 pcs.

1. Prepare the necessary set of ingredients for making eclairs with margarine.
2. Pour water into a small saucepan or saucepan, add sugar and salt. Place on fire and bring to a boil.
3. Then add margarine and cook until it is completely dissolved.
4. Add sifted flour to the hot mixture.
5. Stirring thoroughly with a spatula, boil for 1-2 minutes. The dough should begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
6. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the dough cool slightly. Add eggs to the dough one at a time; they should be at room temperature. After adding each egg, mix the mixture well and only then add the next one.
7. You can knead with a spatula or a mixer. The dough should not be thick or runny, but smooth and shiny.
8. Fill a pastry bag with a star tip with choux pastry.
9. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place strips 10–15 centimeters long at a distance from each other.
10. Bake eclairs with margarine in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the cakes for about 30 minutes, never opening the oven door.
11. Cool the finished eclairs and fill with cream. It can be very diverse. I suggest making custard using yolks. To do this, pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Separately, combine the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan and mix using a mixer. Then add flour and mix again. Pour hot milk into the mixture of yolks, sugar and flour, stirring continuously. Place the milk-egg mixture on the stove and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring, over low heat. Cool the finished cream. The cooled cream has a consistency similar to thick sour cream and is perfect as a filling for eclairs.
12. Place the cream into a pastry syringe with a nozzle. Make a small hole at the bottom of the eclair and fill the cake.
13. Very tasty and beautiful eclairs cooked with margarine are ready.
14. Serve them with a cup of aromatic tea or coffee.
