I suggest homemade, i.e. a simplified and unprofessional variation of the Vivaldi alcoholic cocktail.

The glasses for this cocktail are pre-cooled, and crushed or whole ice is used, as desired. If you don’t want to make your own sugar syrup, then use ready-made or just honey. Usually I don’t bother with making pear puree myself, but use pear juice with pulp or puree (for baby food) ...

The Vivaldi cocktail has a pleasant and noble taste, but do not overuse it! Prepare the ingredients:

Ингредиенты

Sweet pear - 1 piece;

or pear juice with pulp - 50-100 ml;

Sugar syrup or honey - 1 dessert spoon;

Champagne - about 100-150 ml;

Cognac, rum or brandy - 10-20 ml;

Рецепт

1. Measure out the required amount of sugar syrup or honey and pear juice.

2. Pour in brandy, cognac or rum.

3. Then add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of champagne and stir everything together.

4. Pour the resulting mixture into a glass with ice and add champagne.

5. The Vivaldi cocktail is ready.
