Valentine's Day is just around the corner.
The history of this holiday dates back to France in the 18th century and today it is celebrated by all people all over the world. On this day, dear people are given flowers, toys, heart-shaped, sweets... So I decided to offer you to make such a heart-shaped cake. It turned out very tender! Happy holiday everyone!
So, I took this ready-made biscuit. Of course, you can make it yourself; there are many recipes on the site.
Ингредиенты
The biscuit is ready;
Cream;
Protein - 7 pcs;
Condensed milk - 1 can;
Butter - 150 grams;
Sugar - 1 glass;
Gelatin - 25 grams;
Water - 1/4 cup.
Jelly
Dry jelly - 1 package;
Water - 1 glass;
Cherry jam - 3 tbsp;
Grape.
Impregnation
Warm water - 100 ml;
Sugar - 2 teaspoons;
Liqueur - 2 teaspoons.
Рецепт
1. Take a heart shape. We apply the bottom and cut our sponge cake.
2. Place in the mold and cut off 1 cm from the sides.
3. Now we make the cream soufflé. Beat the whites with half the sugar.
4. Pour gelatin with cold water, add the remaining sugar to it.
5. Beat butter with condensed milk. The butter should be soft.
6. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath along with sugar or in the microwave. Let it cool and pour it into the butter with condensed milk. Stir and mix with whites. Grease the biscuit with impregnation. To do this, mix warm water with sugar and add a couple of tablespoons of liqueur.
7. Pour the cream onto the sponge cake. Put it straight into the refrigerator. After 4 hours I took it out and laid out the grapes for decoration. And filled it with cherry jelly. To do this, I diluted a bag of dry red jelly in a glass of cold water. Added cherry syrup. I put it on the fire and brought it to thicken. Let it cool and gradually pour it onto the cake with a spoon. Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning we remove the ring. I do this with a hair dryer. You can just go over it with a knife, but with a hairdryer you get a very even side. Let's lightly blow hot air on the sides and that's it.
8. Bon appetit!
