Turkey beef stroganoff with mushrooms

I suggest making turkey beef stroganoff with mushrooms - a very tasty meat dish that will complement any side dish.
I took the most affordable mushrooms - champignons, which can be bought almost all year round. You can use any cream you find.
Ингредиенты
Turkey fillet - 400 g
Champignons - 250 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Cream 10-15% - 200 ml
Lemon - 0.3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dill - to taste
Рецепт
1. Rinse the turkey fillet with running water, dry and cut into strips 1-1.5 cm thick.
2. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the meat and fry it over high heat for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Wash the champignons and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
5. Remove the meat from the frying pan into a separate bowl and cover with a lid to keep it warm. Add a spoonful of oil to the pan, add the onion and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms to the onions.
6. When the mushrooms give juice, add salt and pepper, return the turkey to the pan, cover with a lid and cook everything together for 5 minutes.
7. Add cream to the pan, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
8. After this time, turkey beef stroganoff with mushrooms is ready!
9. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill and serve with a side dish.
