A bright, appetizing and simply very tasty appetizer that is ideal for any feast - ham rolls with champignons.

You can use any ham you like as a base. For convenience, the ham can be pre-cut into thin slices in the store, or you can do it at home using a sharp knife. In addition to champignons, we use a boiled egg and hard cheese for the filling. Add a spicy note to the appetizer with green onions and garlic. All ingredients combine perfectly to taste, the rolls are very tender. Be sure to try making this appetizer, especially if you are expecting guests.

Ингредиенты

Ham - 200 g

Champignons - 250 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Green onions - 20 g

Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.

Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Peel the champignons and chop finely. At the same time, heat the frying pan and pour in a little olive oil, add the mushrooms and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring, until cooked.

2. Then transfer the mushrooms to a bowl, grind them using a blender, pulsing, so that small pieces of mushrooms remain.

3. Peel and grate the boiled chicken egg, add the egg to the bowl with the mushroom mixture. Rinse and dry the green onions, chop the onion finely and add to the bowl.

4. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, add the cheese to the bowl. Season all ingredients with mayonnaise, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Add finely grated garlic.

5. Mix all ingredients and take a sample. Adjust the taste.

6. Arrange the ham. Place two teaspoons of prepared filling on the edge of each piece of ham.

7. Roll the ham into rolls. Prepare all the rolls in this manner.

8. Ready-made ham rolls with mushrooms can be served.
