An excellent express salad recipe that is good both on its own and as an addition to a side dish.

I like such quick salads as, for example, “Bavarian” with ham - it is tasty, quite filling, and makes an excellent accompaniment to any side dish. I think it's just perfect for mashed potatoes or fried potatoes. I always take good ham, without various inclusions that can be tough or simply unpleasant to the taste - cartilage, veins, excessively dense pieces of meat.

Prepare ingredients for making Bavarian salad with ham. There is no need to heat-treat anything, so the salad is prepared very quickly. Cut off the required amount of cabbage and wash it.

Ham - 150 g

White cabbage - 100 g

Canned corn - 100 g

Green onion - 4-5 feathers

2. Cut the ham into thin strips and place in a salad bowl.

3. Using a can opener, open the can of corn. Place the required amount of corn into a salad bowl.

4. Wash and dry the green onions, finely chop and place in a salad bowl.

5. Salt the salad, add spices to taste - I usually use ground black pepper or coriander. Season the salad with oil - it can be refined or unrefined (fragrant).

6. Stir the salad and taste it for salt and pepper, if necessary, add what is missing.

7. Bavarian salad with ham is ready. Serve immediately after dressing.
