An easy to prepare, but very tasty jellied pie is made with cabbage and buckwheat. It is served warm with sour cream and herbs.

Ингредиенты

Kefir - 1 glass

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Salt - 0.5 tsp.

White cabbage - 100 g

Buckwheat (boiled) - 0.5 cups

Wheat flour - 1.5 cups

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

1. In a deep bowl, combine warm kefir, salt, vegetable oil and chicken eggs. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly until smooth.

2. Chop white cabbage into long strips and add to the liquid ingredients in a bowl along with the cooled buckwheat. I used young cabbage, but any cabbage will do, the main thing is to cut it thinly, and if the leaves are dense, squeeze them a little to make them softer.

3. Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder to a bowl.

4. Stir so that there are no flour lumps. The consistency of the dough should be quite thick, like pancakes.

5. Cover a heat-resistant form with parchment and lay out the dough. If desired, the surface of the pie can be sprinkled with a variety of seeds (flax, sesame, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds are ideal for this baking).

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the jellied pie with cabbage and buckwheat for 30-40 minutes (depending on your stove), until golden brown. Then transfer it to a metal rack and let it cool slightly.

7. This is how you can easily and quickly bake the perfect jellied pie for a family feast. Cut it into portions and serve. A variety of vegetables, herbs and sour cream are perfect additions.
