Dishes are cooked very quickly over high heat, mainly in a wok, which allows you to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients contained in the products.
To prepare pork in Thai style, we will need the products according to the list.
Ингредиенты
Pork (tenderloin) - 300 g
Rice noodles - 50 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Green onions - 4 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger (root) - 1 cm
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Sweet soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Chili sauce - to taste
Sea salt - to taste
Pepper, h.m. - taste
Parsley - 0.5 bunch
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

1. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water.
2. Cut the pork into thin strips and quickly fry in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown. Transfer the pork to a deep plate.
3. Wash the vegetables, dry them, cut into strips. Quickly fry for 1-1.5 minutes in a small amount of vegetable oil.
4. Peel and chop the garlic and 1 cm of ginger root. Green onions cut into strips
5. Add to the vegetables in the pan, stir, cook for 1 minute. Add rice noodles. Mix.
6. Pour in salty and sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper to taste. If necessary and desired, you can add salt.
7. Add pork to the vegetables, stir, then add chopped parsley or cilantro, stir.
8. Thai pork is ready to eat. Serve immediately!
