Recently, Chinese cuisine has become very popular in our family and is increasingly appearing on our table. Chinese squid with sweet pepper and garlic is a very easy to prepare dish, but very tasty. It takes just a few minutes to prepare, three minutes maximum, the main thing is that all the ingredients are prepared and on hand.

To prepare Chinese-style squid, we need several large carcasses of this seafood, one large sweet pepper, a couple of cloves of garlic, a bunch of green onions, lemon, vegetable oil for frying, soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper and chili pepper to taste.

1. Wash the squid under running water, dry with a paper towel, peel off the film, cut into rings or strips. Wash the pepper, dry it, remove seeds, chop it, and you also need to chop the green onions and garlic finely.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lightly fry the pepper (it should remain crispy), add squid, fry for just a minute.

3. Add chopped green onions and stir.

4. Add soy sauce, garlic and chili, squeeze lemon juice to taste, and pepper. If desired, the dish can be salted.

5. Serve Chinese squid immediately. Enjoy!
