Ингредиенты
Boiled egg - 5 pcs.
Spinach - 30 g (2 bunches)
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 2 pinches
Red caviar - 20 g (for serving)
Ground garlic - 3 pinches

1. Rinse the spinach in water, cut off the stems and cut into ribbons. Remember that such a product boils down very much during the stewing process. Place it in a frying pan, heat it on the stove, adding a spoonful of water. Add salt and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until soft. Then add ground garlic and stir, turn off the heat.
2. Peel boiled chicken eggs from their shells, rinse in water and cut in half vertically to form boats. Carefully remove all the yolks and place them in a blender container and the whites on a plate or dish.
3. Add stewed spinach and mayonnaise to the yolks. Pour in about 3 tbsp. chilled boiled water. Puree the whole mass with a blender, adding a couple of pinches of salt. Place it in a pastry syringe.
4. Carefully fill the boiled egg halves with the spinach mixture. At this point you can garnish them with fresh herbs or radish slices.
5. If you have red caviar on hand, use it - its color contrasts perfectly with the color of the filling.
