Miyeokguk is a traditional Korean soup that is usually prepared for birthdays or served to women after the birth of a child.
The dish is rich in calcium, iron, iodine and other beneficial microelements, thanks to seaweed. The soup is low in calories, but quite filling and quick to prepare, it will be an excellent option for a healthy and dietary diet.

Wakame seaweed - 30-40 g
Beef - 200 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fish sauce - 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Water - 800-1000 g
Salt and pepper - to taste
Green onions - 1 pc.
Sesame - 1 tbsp.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

1. To make Korean Miyeokguk seaweed soup, you will need all these ingredients. Take beef flesh without veins and films or tenderloin, wash and wipe dry.
2. Place the seaweed in a deep bowl, cover with warm water, and set aside.
3. In about 20 minutes, the algae will swell well, drain the water, squeeze them completely from the liquid, and cut into strips.
4. Heat vegetable oil (sesame oil in the original) in a saucepan or thick-bottomed pan, add thinly sliced beef into it, fry for several minutes.
5. When the meat has whitened well, add chopped garlic and fry for another minute.
6. Add seaweed to the meat and fry for another minute. Pour in warm water, bring the soup to a boil, cook for 15 minutes.
7. Pour in fish and soy sauces, salt and pepper the soup to taste, bring to a boil, turn off the stove.
8. Pour the finished Korean Miyokguk soup into portions, sprinkle with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and serve immediately.
