Chinese fried rice is very easy to make at home. It will undoubtedly appeal to everyone who loves Chinese cuisine.
It cooks quickly; the rice can be boiled in advance. It is better to use short grain rice for this dish. The spices can be any to your taste, but it would be ideal to use a special Chinese mixture called “5 spices,” which can be easily purchased in specialized stores.
Boil the rice and place in a sieve. If you fry it immediately after cooking, you do not need to rinse it with water. And if it is boiled in advance, it is better to rinse it with water so that the rice does not stick together.

Boiled round grain rice - 300 grams;
Smoked ham - 100 grams;
Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs;
Frozen green peas - 100 grams;
Eggs - 3 pcs;
Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp;
Chinese spices - 1 tsp;
Salt - to taste.

1. Take a wok pan, pour vegetable oil into it and place rice in it. Those who don't have a wok can use a regular frying pan.
2. Cut the smoked ham into small cubes.
3. Add chopped ham to the rice.
4. Mix the rice with the ham and fry for 5 minutes.
5. Cut bell peppers into small cubes.
6. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix.
7. Mix rice with pepper and fry for 5 minutes. Then push all the rice onto one half of the wok, release the other half, onto which pour the scrambled eggs.
8. Using a wooden fork, stir the eggs all the time, as if loosening them.
9. When the eggs are ready, mix them with the rest of the wok.
10. Run frozen green peas under cold running water and leave on a sieve to drain excess liquid. No need to defrost.
11. Add peas, salt, spices and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
12. Those who do not have a set of “5 spices” can independently create a mixture of spices, where it is advisable to add pepper, fennel seeds, anise seeds, cinnamon, cloves.
13. Chinese fried rice with egg, meat and vegetables, ready.
14. Serve it as a separate dish.
