Squid salads are very popular. They use squid in different forms - fresh, frozen, canned, smoked. Cut the carcasses into rings, strips or pieces. A big plus is the fact that low-calorie salads can be made from squid.

Carrots – 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber – 200 g
Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
Bay leaf – 1 pc.
Red onion – 1/2 pcs.
Salt - to taste

Mayonnaise – 50 g
Sour cream – 50 g

1. I suggest preparing a squid salad with carrots and cucumber. Fresh cucumber gives the salad lightness and juiciness, and the egg adds nutritional value. The dish can be laid out in layers, not forgetting to top it with sour cream and mayonnaise sauce.
2. I thoroughly wash the squid and remove the chitinous plates. Pour about 1 liter of water into the pan, add salt and bay leaf. I let the water boil, put one squid carcass in it and take it out after 10 seconds. I let the water boil again and put in the next carcass.
3. I boil all squid this way.
4. I let them cool a little, rinse them again and remove the film.
5. I cut the squid into strips.
6. Boil the carrots and eggs and let them cool. I peel the carrots and peel the eggs.
7. I cut the carrots and eggs into strips.
8. My cucumber, also cut into strips.
9. In a bowl, combine chopped products - carrots, squid, eggs, cucumber. Add red onion chopped into half rings.
10. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
11. In a small bowl or cup, combine sour cream and mayonnaise and mix.
12. Pour the resulting sauce over the remaining ingredients.
13. Mix the salad.
14. Place the salad in a bowl or on a dish, sprinkle with onion rings, chopped herbs or simply decorate with leaves. You can serve the salad in portions.
