Funchoza with squid is a delicious appetizer salad with an oriental flavor that seafood lovers enjoy eating.

Funchoza is a type of spicy salad that can be prepared with any type of meat, fish, or even just vegetables. Today's recipe is with seafood, or rather squid.

Squids have a peculiar taste (not everyone likes them), but those who like them will like this funchose. This salad can successfully replace dinner; you can take it with you outdoors or serve it on a holiday table.

Ингредиенты

Funchoza - 200 g

Squid - 4 carcasses

Carrots (small) - 2 pcs.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Green onions - 2 pcs.

Chili pepper - 0.5 pcs.

Korean carrot seasoning - 1 tbsp.

Grape vinegar - 2 tbsp.

Garlic vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

1. Let's prepare products for funchose with squid.

2. Wash the squid well. Let's get rid of the insides and chitinous plate, if any. To clean the squids well, I pour boiling water over them for half a minute. The photo shows how the skin has curled up. Then I just wash with cold water.

3. Cut the squid into strips.

4. Cut the sweet pepper and cucumber into strips. Grate the carrots on a special grater.

5. Heat a frying pan with oil, add seasoning and hot pepper. Let's warm it up a little.

6. Add carrots and cook for a minute.

7. Add sweet pepper and squid. Cook for a couple more minutes.

8. It is important that the vegetables remain “crunchy”. Let's leave it to cool.

9. Cook the funchose according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and cut with scissors for convenience.

10. Add vegetables with squid to the pan with funchose.

11. Next add fresh cucumbers and green onions, chopped into feathers. We will also send chopped garlic there.

12. Add grape vinegar, salt to taste and mix gently

13. When serving, funchose with squid can be sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs.
