Sorrel salad with egg and cucumber

Sorrel easily copes with this task, as it contains proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, organic acids, and is also a source of potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iodine and iron. Sorrel dishes are very popular among vegetarians and people who lead a healthy lifestyle.
Today I want to share a recipe for a simple, but very tasty and healthy sorrel salad with egg and cucumber. I used homemade sour cream as a dressing, but you can also use store-bought sour cream, choose the fat content to your taste. This salad should be served immediately after preparation. I recommend trying it.
Ингредиенты
Sorrel - 100 g
Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Green onions - 2 sprigs
Dill - 3 sprigs
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. The first thing you need to do is boil the eggs. Boil them hard - 9-10 minutes after boiling. Cool and peel. Then wash the greens and cucumbers and let them dry. Cut off the rough stalks of the sorrel and tear the leaves into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the green onions and dill.
3. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
4. Cut the eggs lengthwise into four pieces. Combine all ingredients.
5. Separately mix sour cream, salt and ground black pepper. Pour the resulting dressing over the salad.
6. A very tasty, fresh sorrel salad with egg and cucumber is ready. Serve it immediately after cooking. Bon appetit!
