I often cook fish dishes.

This time these are tasty and juicy meatballs; they go well with rice or boiled potatoes. By the way, any fish fillet is suitable for this recipe, the main thing is that there are no small bones.

Ингредиенты

Pollock fillet - 600 g

Milk - 150 ml.

Cheese - 100 g

Chives - 30 g

Whole grain flour - 1 tbsp.

Spices for fish - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Рецепт

1. Rinse the fish fillet under running cold water, be sure to pat dry with a paper towel, we don’t need excess moisture. Cut the pollock fillet into medium pieces, place in a blender bowl and grind, or use a meat grinder with a fine grinding attachment. If you have a whole fish, you need to separate the fillet from the skin and bones.

2. Place the minced meat in a bowl, add fish spices, salt, pepper, and whole grain flour. If there is no such flour, you can take premium wheat flour or even starch.

3. Rinse the chives under cold water. To get rid of excess moisture, shake a bunch of onions, chop finely, then add to the minced fish.

4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place in the minced meat, mix thoroughly. ADVICE! For fish meatballs, take cheese without a pronounced aroma and taste; it should not interrupt the taste of the main product, although... if you like this combination, then why not.

5. Make meatballs of the desired size from the prepared minced meat, heat a frying pan with oil, and lay out the fish preparations. If you did everything correctly - got rid of excess moisture, then the meatballs will keep their shape perfectly, but if something went wrong and the minced meat turned out liquid, add a little bread crumbs.

6. Pour in the milk, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, this time is enough for the meatballs to fully cook. Advice! If for some reason you do not want to use milk, pour in plain water.

7. Delicious, tender pollock meatballs are ready, serve them hot with boiled potatoes or rice, or as an independent dish, for example, with fresh vegetables.

8. Bon appetit!
