Rosemary - 1 tsp.

1. Rub the meat with mustard on both sides and leave for 30-40 minutes. It is best to use mustard powder, but you can also use regular, hot mustard powder. I also cut the meat into medium sized pieces.

2. While the meat is marinating, let's make the batter. Break a chicken egg into one plate and mix it with a small amount of salt using a whisk or fork. In another, mix breadcrumbs, ground black and red pepper, adjika, rosemary. Grilling pork chops is very easy. First you need to heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.

3. Then dip each piece in the egg on both sides.

4. Roll in breadcrumbs.

5. Place the meat on a hot frying pan. Fry for about 5 minutes over high heat. Please note that we will salt the pork chops only at the very end so that they turn out soft and juicy.

6. Turn the meat over, cover with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes without reducing the heat.

7. You can serve meat with almost any side dish and vegetable salads.
