The baking process is simple, so even a novice cook will certainly repeat my recipe.

Turkey fillet - 300 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Seasoning for chicken or turkey - 0.5 tsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste

1. Wash the turkey fillet, then cut into plates (slices) approximately 0.7-0.8 cm thick. Meat cut medium thick will be juicier after baking, so I do not recommend cutting it thinly.
2. Lightly beat the fillet and add salt on each side to taste. Also season with pepper.
3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place turkey fillet. Sprinkle chops with chicken seasoning. If you can find turkey spices, use them. For example, I have never seen anything like this, so I boldly take the seasoning for chicken.
4. Grease each chop with sour cream and place the pan in the oven to bake.
5. Bake turkey chops in sour cream in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. They will be cooked perfectly and soft. Sour cream will add juiciness to the fillet.
6. Serve the finished turkey chops to the table immediately.
