Canned fish paste

I have always been of the opinion that the simplest foods are the most delicious after cooking, and that includes dishes made from them.
I never would have thought that canned fish pate would become my favorite sandwich spread. This pate can be spread on a slice of fried bread or filled with stuffed eggs and other favorite snacks. Some bloggers have an option where the pate is broken through with an immersion blender. I do not recommend doing this, since the mass has an unappetizing appearance and the taste of the dish suffers significantly, since the pate turns into a homogeneous paste.
Ингредиенты
Saury in juice - 250 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Hard cheese - 40 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Salt and pepper - to taste
Salad onion - 30 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Drain the water from the canned food, remove the ridge, and mash the pulp with a fork.
2. Peel the egg and carrots, grate on the finest grater, add to the fish.
3. Also grate the potatoes on a fine grater, cut the sweet salad onion into small cubes.
4. Add cheese and mayonnaise from a good brand. If desired, the appetizer can be salted and peppered, but often the salt and seasonings from canned food are sufficient.
5. Squeeze lemon juice and mix the pate well.
6. Transfer the canned fish pate into a convenient bowl and serve.
7. Or you can put the pate in the refrigerator for a while and serve it cold.
