7. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the sausages in the batter at a distance from each other. Fry for a couple of minutes over low heat until the batter is well cooked.

8. Turn the sausages over and fry on the other side for the same amount of time. The dish should be well browned. Thanks to mayonnaise, the batter becomes fluffy during the frying process. Looks very tasty.
