You can make a cold appetizer, but if you bake it, it turns out to be a very pleasant hot appetizer. Nourishing and tasty. Of course, you can just boil the eggs and not wait for the holiday to prepare this dish. This is the set of ingredients required to prepare a hot appetizer of eggs, mushrooms and cheese.

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Marinated honey mushrooms - 100 g
Cheese - 30 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves

1. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and grind them in a blender.
2. Grate the yolk and garlic on a fine grater.
3. Add mayonnaise and mix.
4. Fill the egg white halves. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Bake under the grill at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Once the cheese has melted and browned, you can take it out. A hot appetizer of eggs, mushrooms and cheese is ready.
