Of course, you can just boil the eggs and not wait for the holiday to prepare this dish. This is the set of ingredients required to prepare a hot appetizer of eggs, mushrooms and cheese.

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Marinated honey mushrooms - 100 g
Cheese - 30 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves

1. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and grind them in a blender.
2. Grate the yolk and garlic on a fine grater.
3. Add mayonnaise and mix.
4. Fill the egg white halves. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Bake under the grill at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Once the cheese has melted and browned, you can take it out. A hot appetizer of eggs, mushrooms and cheese is ready.
