Italian flatbreads with cherry tomatoes and cheese

I really love various improvisations on the theme “Focaccia, cheese, pizza” and I believe that I am not the only fan of various “delicacies” from a country that, in addition to mind-blowing recipes, also shows the whole world what is fashionable and what is not.
So, I’m sharing the easiest recipe that everyone will love. The main thing in it is thyme, cheese and cherry tomato.

Yeast dough - 300 grams;
Cherry tomato - 10 pcs;
Tomato paste - 1 tsp;
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;
Thyme - 2 sprigs;
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs;
Cheese - 200 grams;
Greens - to taste.

1. So, prepare yeast dough for pizza (there is a suitable recipe on the website or ready-made from the market will do), bell pepper, cherry tomato, thyme, tomato paste, mayonnaise and cheese.
2. I had the dough ready, I let it rest on the table for 15 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough into a thin flat cake. Combine tomato paste and mayonnaise. Grease the dough with the resulting sauce.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the base. In terms of taste, bell pepper will “sound” very good next to it. Separate the thyme into inflorescences, finely chop the greens and pat this whole fragrant bouquet into flatbreads.
5. Now the best part is the cheese. I love cheese very much and, in my opinion, there is no such thing as too much cheese. If you bake the flatbreads without cheese, but simply with herbs and tomato, then they will look more like focaccia, but they will look more like pizza.
6. All this beauty is baked very quickly, about 10-15 minutes at 200-215 degrees. (Don't forget that the dough is rolled out thin).
