Calzone with salami, cottage cheese and cheese

A calzone is a closed pizza. The fillings can be anything: sweet, savory.
I want to offer you a filling option - salami-cottage cheese-cheese. The calzone turns out very tasty and filling. It's best served warm, although it's also delicious served cold.
Let's prepare the products according to the list.

Dough:
Butter - 60 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - a little more than half 1 tsp.
Sour cream - 150 g
Soda - 1/4 tsp.
Wheat flour - 320-350 g
Filling:
Cottage cheese - 200 g
Salami - 200 g
Cheese - 200 g
Cilantro - 1 bunch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Mix softened butter with salt, sugar and egg. Add sour cream and soda, mix well.
2. Add flour.
3. Knead soft dough. Let's immediately divide it into 2 parts - there will be 2 calzones. Cover with a towel and let it sit. In the meantime, let's prepare the filling.
4. Mix cottage cheese, finely grated garlic, chopped cilantro and sour cream. Add sour cream if the cottage cheese is dry, like mine. The filling should be spreadable, not crumbled. If your cottage cheese is wet, then do not add sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cut the cheese into slices. As for the sausage, I had it already sliced. If you don't have sliced sausage, slice it thinly.
6. Roll out one part of the dough into a circle 3-4 mm thick. Place the curd mixture on half the circle...... on top of it - salami...... on top of the sausage - cheese.
7. Cover with the second half of the dough, pinch the edges. We do the same with the second part of the test. Place the resulting calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with egg and poke holes with a fork to allow air to escape. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
8. Calzone with salami, cottage cheese and cheese is ready. Serve hot or warm.
