Naturally, for traditional pizza it would be advisable to prepare the dough with your own hands, real yeast dough, properly suited and with consistent proportions of ingredients.
But when there is no time to prepare the dough, ready-made puff pastry comes to the rescue. That’s why it’s convenient to always have such dough in the freezer - take it out and use it for your health. And the pizza turns out delicious, and no one needs to wait, in the end everyone is full and happy.
To make puff pastry pizza, take puff pastry or unleavened dough, tomato sauce or ketchup, onions, champignons, sausage, tomatoes, hard cheese, Italian dry herbs, salt and ground pepper. Unroll the puff pastry into a rectangle directly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut strips from the dough and make sides with them.

Puff pastry - 500 g
Sausage - 200 g
Champignons - 200 g
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Hard cheese - 150 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Ketchup - 5 tbsp.
Italian dry herbs - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Grease the inside of the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup, sprinkle with onions (thin feathers).
2. Then lay out the champignon slices, sprinkle the mushrooms with salt, pepper and dry herbs. This is followed by slices of tomatoes.
3. Place sausage slices on the tomatoes and cover everything with hard cheese (coarse grater).
4. Bake puff pastry pizza at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
5. Cut the finished pizza and serve immediately! Enjoy your meal!!!
