As a change, you can sometimes make chops from chicken legs. The most difficult thing is to separate the bone.
Although, with a razor-sharp knife and a little manual dexterity, this stage can be completed in literally 5-7 minutes. The chop turns out very juicy and tasty - this is all due to the fact that this part of the chicken is fattier, and also because it is double breaded. All juices remain inside the piece during frying. To prepare chicken leg chops, prepare all the ingredients in advance, there are not many of them.

Chicken legs - 2 pcs.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt - 0.7 tsp.
Spices for chicken - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.

1. Wash the chicken legs and dry. Take the sharpest knife in the house and cut along the inside all the way to the bone. Gradually trimming the meat, centimeter by centimeter, separate the layer of chicken from the bone. Don't forget to cut off the cartilages too. If desired, remove tendons. The skin can be removed.
2. Wrap a layer of chicken meat in cling film on both sides and beat it with a culinary hammer. You need to hit the hardest in those places where the meat is thick. And where it’s subtle, you don’t have to hit at all.
3. Unfold the film and sprinkle the chop with salt and any spices. You can use it for chicken, for meat, for barbecue, or just a mixture of ground peppers
4. Now you can start breading the chop. Pour wheat flour into a saucer and roll the chop on both sides, thoroughly so that there are no gaps left.
5. Then roll the chop in the beaten egg and place it in a saucer with breadcrumbs. It is better to make crackers yourself - take dried or oven-dried pieces of bread and grind them in a blender. Of course, you can buy breadcrumbs in the store, but their quality is not always at the highest level.
6. Place the prepared chops in a hot frying pan with refined oil. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
7. Serve the finished chicken leg chops hot or warm. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and place fresh vegetables on the dish.
