It is clear that garlic chips must contain garlic. I cooked them with garlic powder, it's easier. The powder dissolves in oil without any residue and is quickly and evenly distributed. I also added my favorite spices for flavor. The chips taste just like store-bought ones, but are even tastier.

To make garlic pita chips, use all the ingredients listed. Lavash is long, about 80 cm by 30.

Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.

Ground paprika - 0.5 tsp.

Chopped garlic - 1 tsp.

Salt - a couple of pinches

Khmeli-suneli - 0.25 tsp.

Oregano - 0.25 tsp.

Barbecue seasoning - 0.25 tsp.

1. For me, this method turned out to be easier. Cut the pita bread into large squares. It is not at all necessary to cut it straight. You can cut along the fold lines or however you like.

2. Prepare oil for impregnation. To do this, add all the spices, salt, garlic powder and grind thoroughly. Adjust the amount of salt to taste yourself.

3. Next, lay out a sheet of parchment on the table to make it easier to work with. Lubricate the top side of the pita bread with the resulting impregnation and stack the squares on top of each other, pressing them lightly. This way they will be soaked evenly on both sides.

4. Cut the pita bread into smaller pieces.

5. Place future chips directly with parchment on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Oven temperature - 170 degrees. During this time, remove the chips several times and stir. The time spent in the oven may vary depending on the oven model.

6. Serve the garlic pita chips immediately. Very tasty with sour cream and herbs.
