Luckily, where I live, new potatoes can be bought in the store at any time of the year, so I often prepare them as a side dish for main dishes, especially since they are so easy to prepare!

Rosemary - 1 sprig
Garlic - 2 cloves
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

New potatoes - 500 g1. Wash the new potatoes under running water and dry with paper napkins.
2. Cover the mold with foil so you don’t have to wash it later, and place the potatoes in the mold. I use an old frying pan for baking.
3. Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprig. If you don't have fresh rosemary, use dried.
4. Sprinkle potatoes with rosemary
5. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.
6. Add garlic to the potatoes in the pan. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
7. Sprinkle the potatoes with coarse sea salt and mix well with the oil and spices. Cover the pan with foil and place the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes. Then take out the mold and turn the potatoes over to the other side. Cover with foil again and cook for another 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook the potatoes for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
