Warm salad with turkey and champignons is suitable for both a regular menu and a dietary diet. Before frying, the turkey can be additionally marinated, for example, in lemon juice or soy sauce. Champignons can be taken either fresh or frozen. Choose cheese at your discretion. I usually use a saltier product - so its taste is more pronounced in the salad. For dressing, I like to use low-fat sour cream or homemade mayonnaise, but if this is not available, then store-bought mayonnaise will do.

2. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.

3. In refined oil, fry turkey pieces on both sides, add salt and pepper during frying. To make the meat fried faster, you can lightly beat it.

4. Mushrooms also need to be fried, salted during frying and transferred to a dish.

5. Cut the hot turkey into pieces and also place on a platter (or in a salad bowl).

6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces and place them on a plate.

7. Sprinkle the warm salad with grated hard cheese.

8. Season with sour cream and serve immediately - the warm salad with turkey and champignons is ready.

9. You can additionally sprinkle with fresh herbs.
