Prepared with milk, with the addition of a small amount of flour, vanilla and sugar, the sauce is thick, viscous and glossy and has a rich aroma and taste of chocolate. Ингредиенты

Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp.

Sugar – 130-140 g

Wheat flour – 1 tbsp.

Milk/water – 400 ml

Salt – 1 pinch

Vanilla sugar – 10 g (optional)

Butter – 10-15 g (optional)

1. Measure cocoa powder, wheat flour, sugar and vanilla into a saucepan. Mix everything well.

2. Add a pinch of salt. While stirring the mixture with a whisk, pour in the milk.

3. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps left, and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and stir constantly, simmer the sauce for 3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

4. Then add butter and, stirring, cook the sauce for another 2 minutes.

5. The sauce can be served immediately, used warm or chilled.
