Brownie with raspberries

Brownie is a very tasty and delicate chocolate-based cake.
The brownie is baked into a cake and then cut into portions. I have an incredible harvest of raspberries this season, and for the second month now we have been enjoying raspberry baked goods, and I just fell in love with raspberry brownies. I'm already baking it for the third time in a week. Very tasty baked goods, I recommend it!
To make brownies, break two chocolate bars into pieces and place in a saucepan.

Fresh raspberries - 300 g
Black chocolate - 180 g + 45 g for top
Wheat flour - 160 g
Sugar - 120 g + 1 tbsp. into raspberries
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Butter - 130 g
Starch - 1 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Рецепт
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stir with a spatula and add soft butter. Mix the whole mass until smooth.
2. Sort the raspberries; it is better not to use crushed berries. There is also no need to wash raspberries; we don’t need moisture. Sprinkle raspberries with starch mixed with sugar.
3. In a blender, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Place the egg mixture in a bowl, add the chocolate mixture.
5. Stir the mass well until smooth.
6. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the dough.
7. Cover the pan with parchment. My shape is 19 by 25 cm. Lay out half of the dough.
8. Place half of the raspberries on top tightly to each other.
9. Cover the raspberries with the remaining batter and smooth out.
10. Place the remaining raspberries on the surface.
11. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the brownies for 45-50 minutes until dry.
12. When the brownie has cooled, cut it into portion squares.
13. Melt half a chocolate bar and brush the top of the brownie. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Bon appetit!
