Quesadilla is a dish of Mexican cuisine.

Essentially it is a wheat or corn tortilla (flatbread) with filling. Traditionally, quesadillas are made with only cheese. But it is also possible to use minced meat, sausage, vegetables or mushrooms as a filling. Today we will cook quesadilla with minced meat. You can use any minced meat: fatty pork or dry beef, like mine.

Ингредиенты

Minced beef - 300 g

Tomatoes in their own juice - 0.5 cans

Canned corn - 0.5 cans

Cheese - 200 g

Tortilla - 4 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. I had the minced meat already prepared, fried, left over from preparing another dish. If you don’t have one, then simply chop the meat in a way convenient for you (I do it in a food processor) and fry in sunflower oil until cooked. Add tomatoes in their own juice to the minced meat: they will make the minced meat juicy. Stir and simmer until the liquid has partially evaporated, 5-7 minutes.

2. Salt and pepper to taste. Be careful with salt, because we will use cheese, which is also quite salty. Turn off the fire. Add corn, stir and let the mixture cool slightly.

3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place grated cheese on half of the tortilla...... on top of the minced cheese...

4. ... on top of the minced meat - cheese. Cover with the other half of the tortilla.

5. Serve with vegetables. Bon appetit!
