Creamy corn soup

Sunny corn soup made with fresh corn that looks and tastes great. Try it!
The corn season is in full swing, I suggest you try the creamy corn soup. In winter, such a creamy soup can be made from canned corn and remind you of the sunny summer.
To prepare mashed corn soup, we need very few ingredients, let’s prepare them.
Ингредиенты
Corn - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Milk - 200 ml
Pumpkin seeds - for serving
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Turmeric - 3 g
Little olive - 3 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Cut the onion into cubes; you don’t have to chop it too much, as we will then grind everything into a puree.
2. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil. Pepper to taste, I use a mixture of four peppers.
3. I use corn on the cob and it's already boiled. I separated the corn kernels from the cob by simply cutting them with a knife.
4. Then add corn to the onion and fry everything together, lightly.
5. Add water, cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
6. Next, puree the soup using a blender. The consistency will be rough; if you wish, you can pass the soup through a sieve, I don’t do this (because it takes a long time and is more hassle than necessary).
7. Pour milk, turmeric, and salt to taste into the corn puree and send it back to the heat, cook for another 5 minutes. Afterwards I grind the soup again.
8. You can serve the mashed corn soup immediately. This creamy corn soup goes very well with breadcrumbs, pumpkin seeds or fried bacon. Bon appetit.
