I saw this recipe by accident, I really wanted to try it, but I kept thinking about the combination of flavors. In salads and appetizers, corn and melted cheese go perfectly together, so I decided to take a risk and didn’t regret it one bit. This is incredibly tasty, but the cheese should be soft and not in a block, but from a jar. Try it, if you love boiled corn, then you will definitely like this recipe!
Take ingredients to prepare boiled corn with cream cheese. The corn should preferably be of the sugar variety; it tastes better and cooks faster. Remove hair and leaves from the cobs.

Corn on the cob - 3 pcs.
Processed cheese - 3 tbsp.
Dried herbs - optional
Salt - to taste

1. Place the corn cobs in a large, deep saucepan.
2. Pour in plenty of cold water, leave for an hour, then put on the stove and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes; for the sugar variety, this time will be enough. There is no need to salt the water under any circumstances. After turning off the stove, leave the cobs in boiling water for another 20-30 minutes.
3. Place the corn on a flat dish, brush on all sides with delicious melted cheese from your favorite brand. Lightly salt, if desired, you can lightly sprinkle with dry aromatic herbs - Provençal or Italian.
4. Serve boiled corn with melted cheese as a side dish or a separate dish.
