Pasta with tuna in tomato sauce is an ideal recipe for a family dinner; the dish is prepared quickly and easily.
If you have a can of canned tuna in stock, then consider that the trick is in the bag. All that remains is to boil the spaghetti. It is important that the pasta is made from durum wheat - such pasta does not boil over and does not stick together.
Spaghetti sauce comes together in minutes and is delicious. Take canned tuna in its own juice, chopped tomatoes in its own juice, olive oil, onion, garlic and spices. It would be ideal if you have seasonings such as oregano and dried basil.

Pasta (spaghetti) - 250 g
Tuna in its own juice - 180 g
Chopped tomatoes, in their own juice - 150 g
Onion - 40 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Olive oil - 30 g
Hard cheese - 20 g
Basil (dried) - 0.5 tsp.
Oregano (dried) - 0.5 tsp.
Salt, black pepper - to taste

1. Boil 1 liter of water, add a little salt and add spaghetti. Stir and cook the pasta for 7-8 minutes.
2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes and the garlic into medium slices.
3. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, add onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes.
4. Then add chopped tuna and sauce to the pan.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes in their own juice.
6. Add salt and black pepper to taste, add dried basil and oregano.
7. Stir the sauce and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
8. Spaghetti is cooked, drain the water.
9. Pour tomato sauce with tuna into the spaghetti and stir.
10. Serve the finished pasta with tuna in tomato sauce immediately, sprinkled with a small handful of grated cheese. Also decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
