A tasty, light, dietary dish of fish and vegetables.

This is my dish: I love fish and everything that is steamed, and when you have a miracle multi-cooker assistant, then cooking is a pleasure.

Friends, if you are a supporter of proper nutrition or just want to lose a few kilograms, then you will definitely like this dish. Much to my regret, my husband doesn’t like steamed dishes; he doesn’t even want to try them, even though he loves all my cooking. But if he wants fish, then only fried, and vegetables - in the form of a salad. But my daughter happily eats any steamed food, which I am very happy about.

By the way, you can buy any fish you like, but it is better if it is without small bones. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking steamed fish and vegetables in a slow cooker.

Ингредиенты

Sea bass - 1 pc.

Young potatoes - 1 pc.

Small tomato - 1 pc.

Bell pepper - 1/2 pcs.

Onions - 1/2 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Greens - to taste

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Spices for fish - 1/2 tsp.

Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Water - 1 liter

Рецепт

1. Clean the fish from scales and entrails, cut off the head and fins if necessary, rinse thoroughly and place in a container for steaming.

2. Pepper and rub with fish spices.

3. Add new potatoes, cut into 4 parts, and carrots (if they are large, cut smaller).

4. Cut the bell pepper, remove the seeds and slice as you like.

5. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and, if desired, add herbs to your liking.

6. Cut the tomato into circles and place on the fish.

7. Cut the onion into rings and place on top, add salt.

8. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place the steam container on top, and close the lid. Set the program to STEAM, cooking time - 20 minutes. Steam fish and vegetables in a multicooker until the end of the program.
