Autumn is the time when fresh fish comes, and I cook it a lot and with pleasure. The years I lived in Kamchatka shaped my culinary habits, and I am not going to give them up!

To prepare an omelet with pink salmon in the oven, we need very few ingredients. I will cook the omelette in portions, because this serving is the most appetizing!

Ингредиенты

Pink salmon - 70 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Milk - 50 ml

Onions - 1 pc. (small)

Tomato - 1 pc. (average)

Vegetable oil - 10 g

Salt and pepper - to taste

Dill - 1 sprig

1. Chop the onion and tomato and fry in vegetable oil.

2. Add boneless pink salmon pieces.

3. Fry a little. As soon as the fish turns white, remove from heat and add black pepper. Add salt as desired, I do not add salt to the dish. Place the mixture in a baking pot.

4. Whisk the egg with milk.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the fish.

6. Decorate with tomato pieces. Close the lid and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Serve the finished omelette with pink salmon in a pot - straight from the oven.
