Today we are preparing a delicious and satisfying dish - vegetable stew with potatoes. There are many recipes for stew: vegetable, with meat, mushrooms... My grandmother prepares a very tasty stew! When I was young, I was not interested in the process of cooking, I just enjoyed it. When I started living separately from my parents, I asked myself the question: “Why isn’t my stew as tasty as grandma’s?” It turns out that the casket simply opened: she adds sour cream! Ever since I figured this out, my stew has become delicious.
Try adding sour cream and maybe you’ll like it. If you exclude sour cream, the stew can be eaten during Lent. To prepare vegetable stew with potatoes, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Ингредиенты
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
White cabbage - 1 fork (small)
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Frozen green peas - 100-200 g
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Sour cream of any fat content - 2-3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, garlic - to taste

1. Chop onions, peppers and carrots as convenient. I have carrots - in cubes, onions - in half rings, peppers - in cubes. Fry the vegetables until half cooked. This will take literally a couple of minutes. Then add chopped potatoes to the fried vegetables. And fry again until the potatoes are half cooked. You can add a little water to prevent the vegetables from burning.
2. Then add chopped zucchini, cabbage, and peas to the cauldron. Add a little water and simmer covered until the vegetables are soft.
3. When the vegetables are completely ready, add tomato paste and sour cream to them. Mix well. Let's warm it up for a couple of minutes. Turn off the gas.
4. Salt and pepper to taste. Add finely grated garlic. Mix. Let's let it brew a little.
5. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with herbs. But cold vegetable stew with potatoes is also very tasty! Bon appetit!
