Fried potatoes in a slow cooker

One of my favorite slow cooker dishes is simple fried potatoes.
No splattered fat on the stove and not only that. The degree of browning can be adjusted to your taste by slightly changing the cooking time.
Ингредиенты
Potatoes - 2 pcs;
Lard - 10 grams;
Salt - to taste;
Garlic - 1 clove;
Greens - to taste.
Рецепт
1. Cut the lard into slices. You can, of course, use regular vegetable oil in the amount of 1 tbsp.
2. Wash and cut the potatoes; young ones can be fried directly with the skins on.
3. Place lard on the bottom of the bowl, potatoes on top, salt if the lard is not salted. Close the lid and turn on the “frying” or “baking” mode for 5 minutes.
4. After five minutes, turn the potatoes over and turn them on again for 5 minutes. Some multicooker models will require a little more time due to the lower temperature setting.
5. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with finely chopped garlic and herbs.
